A horror bus crash in Spain has killed one and left 11 others injured.
The incident occurred in the town of San Sebastian, on the Canary island of La Gomera on Tuesday.
According to the 112 emergency service, the fatal victim was a 73-year-old woman.
The 11 other injured were all taken to the Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Hospital.
The president of the La Gomera Island Council, Casimiro Curbelo, said the deceased woman was visiting from Catalonia.
Her husband is receiving psychological assistance, she added.
The crash took place on the GM-2, a main road that runs across the island.
The 112 hotline received a call at 8.42am reporting that a bus traveling between Alajero and San Sebastián de La Gomera had left the road and overturned.
