A second earthquake has struck Granada province in little over 24 hours.
The latest quake, measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale, had its epicentre in Armilla, immediately south of Granada city, according to the National Geographic Institute (IGN).
It struck at 4.40am on Sunday at a depth of around seven kilometres.
Emergency service 112 Andalucia received calls from residents who felt shaking in Granada city, Armilla, Las Gabias, La Zubia and Ogijares.
There have been no reports of injuries or damage following the latest tremor.
It comes just a day after a considerably stronger magnitude 5 earthquake, centred on Alhendin, was widely felt during the early hours of Saturday.
The back-to-back tremors have put renewed attention on seismic activity around Granada, an area which regularly experiences earthquakes due to its position close to the boundary between the African and Eurasian tectonic plates.

Authorities have urged residents to remain cautious and follow instructions from emergency services in the event of further seismic activity.
