An armed Nazi is accused of holding a young woman captive in his Costa del Sol home and repeatedly sexually assaulting her.

The horrific ordeal allegedly occurred between October 11 and 12, although details only emerged today.

The suspect is facing charges of unlawful detention, continuing sexual assault, assault, degrading treatment, serious threats and coercion, reports local newspaper Diario Sur.

The judge of the Court of Violence Against Women has remanded him to prison and issued a restraining order prohibiting him from coming within 500 metres of the alleged victim.

The suspect met the alleged victim on the dating app Tinder, and they decided to spend the day together in Benalmadena Costa, enjoying some food and drinks.

According to the police report, the woman then got into his car, which is where the first alleged sexual assault took place.

The man is accused of driving her to his home and holding the woman captive there from 8pm on October 11 and until noon the next day.

He was arrested by the Policia Nacional on October 20 following a complaint from the young woman, sparking an investigation by the Family and Women’s Assistance Unit (UFAM) of the Torremolinos-Benalmadena police station.

The victim accompanied her testimony with six medical reports detailing the multiple injuries she had suffered.

According to the complaint, he locked the door and activated the house alarm, before repeatedly sexually assaulting her, including biting her all over her body at least 10 times.

The young woman had to go to the hospital several times to be treated for her injuries.

In her report, she described humiliating and degrading acts, claiming the man forced her to shower with him, make his bed, and clean his room after the alleged sexual attacks.

She alleged he told her she would end up in the hospital, and that there would be headlines saying she ‘was last seen in Benalmadena.’

The suspect, who has a criminal record, branded the claims completely false, claiming all sexual contact was consensual.

A search of his home unearthed a handgun, ammunition, and various items with Nazi symbolism and symbols of far-right extremist groups.
