Weather warnings in Andalucia for Saturday (December 27)

A series of weather alerts for heavy rain and rough seas have been issued across Andalucia on Saturday.

According to state weather agency Aemet, significant downpours are expected in the provinces of Huelva, Cadiz and Malaga.

In Huelva, the entire province is under alert from 12pm and until 11.59pm, with up to 15mm of rainfall expected in within an hour.

The same warning is in place for the entire coastline of Cadiz, with strong storms expected to accompany the downpours.

In Malaga province, the Serrania de Ronda, Costa del Sol and Guadalhorce Valley are all under a yellow alert for heavy rain from 3pm on Saturday.

In all the affected areas, Aemet predicts up to 20mm of rainfall in just an hour.

Meanwhile in the Axarquia, the same alert is in place, except from 8pm instead of 3pm.
