A Nordic man has been accused of repeatedly groping a female taxi driver in Mijas.
According to the complaint, the 26-year-old, from Finland, reached forward from the back seat to grab the woman’s breasts.
When the alleged victim told him not to touch her, he reportedly apologised, only to grope her for a second time moments later.
It was then that the driver pulled over upon seeing a Guardia Civil patrol car and immediately reported the man.
The Finnish man was arrested and brought before a judge for the alleged commission of a sexual assault offence.
The woman had collected the alleged attacker via a ride-sharing app such as Uber or Bolt.
