This is the moment a drone operator was ordered to stand down while trying to film above the Toledo train crash site.
The Guardia Civil said its officers ‘located a person attempting to film’ the disaster zone.
The force reminded the public that unauthorised drone flights are prohibited in the area.
Its Air Service drone unit identified the operator on Thursday near the scene in Los Yebenes.
Footage released by the Guardia Civil shows officers approaching the person and checking images recorded by the device.
The force has not said whether the operator faces a fine or any further action.
