Fears are growing for a young Dutchman who vanished from Torrevieja over a month ago.
According to an online appeal, Ayrton Delgado de Buck, who also goes by Ayt le Senna, has not been seen or heard from for over four weeks.
His relatives say they are increasingly concerned because he has also stopped posting on social media, branding it ‘completely out of character’.
‘It breaks my heart to write this,’ his mother wrote in the appeal.
‘My son, Ayrton Delgado de Buck, who also goes by Ayt le Senna, has been missing from our lives for more than a month.
‘We have not seen or spoken to him during this time, and none of his friends have had any contact with him either.
‘What worries us even more is that he has not posted anything on his social media for over a month, which is completely out of character as he is normally very active online.’
The family believe Ayrton was last seen in Torrevieja, although his Facebook profile currently lists Budva, Montenegro, as his location.

They stress they do not know whether he actually travelled there.
According to the appeal, police have so far been unable to open a missing person investigation because Ayrton is an adult.
His family are now asking anyone who may have seen him, spoken to him recently or knows where he might be to come forward.
‘Any information, no matter how small, could make a difference,’ the appeal says.
