Expats living in Spain are being invited to apply for a new reality-style documentary series that promises to explore the highs and lows of starting a new life abroad.
The casting call, published this week by production company ModExPoR Casting, is searching for English-speaking expats aged 18 and over who are willing to share their personal stories on camera.
According to the advert, the series is being developed as a Tubi Original documentary project focusing on the lives of foreigners living in Spain.
The project description states the show will explore ‘the lives of expats abroad’, covering everything from ‘challenges to triumphs and cultural adventures.’
Applicants are being asked to submit a recent photograph, a short summary of their expat story and a one-to-three-minute introductory video.

The advert says participants must be ‘comfortable on camera’ and fluent in English, although no acting experience is required.
Successful applicants could reportedly receive between €8,500 and €13,000 depending on the depth of their story and filming commitments.
Filming is scheduled to take place between June 15 and August 15, 2026, with participants expected to commit to between three and five filming days.
Applications for the documentary series close on June 7.
