Seafood lovers are in for a treat as Benalmadena prepares to host a new edition of its popular Seafood Fair later this month.

The Feria del Marisco will take place from May 28 to May 31 in Plaza Adolfo Suarez, bringing four days of Mediterranean flavours, seafood dishes and a lively atmosphere to the Costa del Sol town.

Visitors will be able to sample a range of classic seafood dishes, including boiled prawns, mixed seafood salad, clams and razor shells.

More filling favourites such as paella and fideua will also be on offer throughout the event.

Organisers say one of the main attractions this year will be the prices, with portions starting from just €7 in a bid to make traditional seafood cuisine accessible to everyone.

The event is expected to attract both locals and tourists looking to enjoy affordable food in the heart of Benalmadena.

Drivers heading to the fair will also be able to use the nearby Pueblo Sol car park for just €1 during the event.
