Watch: Outrage in Marbella after burglar filmed inspecting victim’s genitals as she slept next to jiu-jitsu instructor boyfriend

The break-in, which occurred through an open terrace window, shows the intruder bypassing valuables like laptops and jewellery to focus almost entirely on the bedroom where Pilar and Alex lay asleep.

This is the chilling moment a burglar in Marbella was caught on camera inspecting his victim’s private parts repeatedly.

Footage shared by the victim’s partner to local Instagram page @Marbellasequeja has left the community outraged.

The break-in, which occurred through an open terrace window, shows the intruder bypassing valuables like laptops and jewellery to focus almost entirely on the bedroom where Pilar and Alex lay asleep.

Over the course of half an hour, the burglar returned to the room eight times, shining his flashlight across their bodies.

He is seen repeatedly inspecting Alex’s tattoos but, more disturbingly, lingering on Pilar, fixated on her while she slept.

Though he left with only a purse containing €300, the psychological impact has been far greater.

Pilar says she now fears she wasn’t simply a bystander in a burglary, but the intended target of something far more sinister.

‘I was alone the night before,’ she reportedly told local media. ‘What if he’d come then?’

What the intruder didn’t know was that Alex, the man in bed next to her, is a jiu-jitsu instructor, and had he woken up, the outcome might have been dramatically different.

Police are now using the security footage to identify the suspect, but there have been no arrests yet.

The video has sparked fear among the local community due to the brazen behaviour of the thief – who at one moment appears to interact with the couple’s cat to calm the animal down.
