A new study tracking millions of online searches has revealed the 10 most popular beaches in Spain.
The digital analytics platform Semrush crunched the data from more than eight million searches in 2024, revealing where Spaniards most dream of catching rays and diving into the surf.
The research analysed the 50 most Googled beaches across Spain, with search volume skyrocketing from as early as May.
Galicia’s Las Catedrales, in Lugo, topped the national ranking with over 209,000 summer searches. The beach is incredibly picturesque and boasts soft white sand and a series of rocky coves.

Valencia’s Malva-rosa came in second at 165,000 searches, proving the Mediterranean coast still has serious pull, followed by Mallorca’s Playa de Muro, which rounded out the top three with 146,667 searches.
