This is the terrifying moment a mother was mowed down while pushing her baby boy in a pram in Marbella this week.

Dashcam footage shared online shows the 41-year-old pushing her two-year-old son across a traffic-light controlled zebra crossing on the Golden Mile.

According to reports, the pair crossed the road when the traffic light for oncoming cars was still green.

The mother and son were both rushed to hospital but neither suffered serious injuries.

The baby has been given the all clear following the incident at around 1.15pm on Friday, while the mother remains in a stable condition.

The pair were struck by a vehicle at a pedestrian crossing next to the Guadalpin High School.

The stroller was thrown several metres, raising fears of serious injuries.

However, according to sources close to the investigation, he was secured by a three-point harness, which minimised the impact.

They were both taken to the Hospital Costa del Sol but escaped the incident with minor bruising.
