Two brand-new homes have been placed into a one-of-a-kind raffle in Malaga province.
The detached properties are located in the village of Cuevas del Becerro and are being given away by architecture firm Arkipromo – well, kind of.
The homes, situated in the plush Serrania de Ronda, are being entered into a raffle, with tickets costing €10 each – and with 200,000 tickets available, the owners look set to make a pretty penny.
Each winner will receive a new-build property worth €180,000, featuring more than 100 square metres of living space across two floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private outdoor patio.
The prize also includes a €20,000 gift cheque to furnish the home, while the organisers will cover all taxes, legal fees and notary costs associated with transferring ownership.
The raffle has been authorised by Spain’s Directorate General for Gambling Regulation and will be conducted before a notary to ensure transparency.
Ticket sales remain open until October 1 at 11.59pm.

The draw will take place at 11am on October 2 using two manual lottery drums, while the keys will be handed over on October 5, coinciding with World Habitat Day.
Organisers have issued 200,000 tickets, meaning the raffle could generate up to €2million if every ticket is sold.
The homes are located around 20km from Ronda, one of Andalucía’s most popular inland destinations, and anyone wishing to enter can purchase tickets through the official raffle website.
