Eva Longoria has returned to the Costa del Sol for another summer getaway, sharing glimpses of her latest trip with family and friends.
The Desperate Housewives star was spotted relaxing at La Reserva Club in Sotogrande before spending time in Marbella.
She has long been a fan of southern Spain and owns a stunning mansion in Marbella, where traditional Andalucian architecture meets modern luxury.
Longoria revealed she made the decision to buy the property on the same day she viewed it, with the help of architect and friend Nicolas Escanez. The villa has since undergone a complete renovation to suit her family’s lifestyle.
The mansion combines traditional Andalucian architecture with modern interiors, featuring whitewashed walls, terracotta roof tiles and landscaped Mediterranean gardens.
Inside, the property includes seven bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen with a central island, spacious living areas flooded with natural light, a private cinema, a fully equipped gym and an indoor swimming pool.
Large windows connect the home’s contemporary interior with the surrounding gardens, while high-end finishes including marble, natural wood and designer furnishings give the villa a luxurious feel.
Outside, there is a Mediterranean-style garden centred around a large swimming pool, with sun loungers, mature hedges providing privacy and plenty of space for outdoor entertaining.
Longoria has described the property as her ‘family oasis’, saying it was designed to be a comfortable home where her son, Santiago, can enjoy growing up surrounded by nature and outdoor space.
The actress has also said she values Marbella’s relaxed lifestyle, warm climate and family-friendly atmosphere, contrasting it with the pace of life in Los Angeles.
She recently shared photos of herself enjoying a padel tennis session at the luxury Puente Romano hotel on the Golden Mile.
It’s the same venue loved by tennis legend Novak Djokovic, who is regularly spotted training on its clay courts.
