Jason Taylor vanished from Alicante airport on March 29

A FAMILY are desperate to track down a missing British tourist who has vanished from Alicante airport.

Named only as Jason (pictured above), the holidaymaker was due to fly back on a 10.30am flight on Saturday.

However, despite being at the airport, his family said in an appeal that he never boarded the aircraft.

A post on a missing persons group said: ‘Has anyone in Alicante seen the guy in the red top?… It’s my nephew and he was due back on the 10.30am flight this morning but didn’t board it.

‘We know he was at the airport at 8.30ish but hasn’t been seen since. He lost his phone yesterday so we have no way of contacting him.’

In an update today the worried aunt said: ‘Jason is still missing. If anyone can help in looking for him as a family we would really appreciate it.

‘There is now a police alert on his passport so we know he is still in Spain. Please help us get Jason home.’
