The first apartment in what will become Cadiz’s tallest residential skyscraper has officially gone on sale, giving buyers their first glimpse of property prices inside the landmark development.
Developer Grupo ABU has listed one of the final homes available in its 20-storey Torre ABU project for €635,000 on Idealista.
The two-bedroom apartment measures 103 square metres and boasts two bathrooms, a garage parking space and a storage room.
With a price per square metre of €6,165, it is one of the most expensive homes currently on the market in the province.
Located between Avenida Marconi and Avenida de la Sanidad Publica, next to the former Tabaco warehouses, the tower is expected to become a striking new addition to Cadiz’s skyline.
The development is around 10 minutes from Victoria Beach, a short walk from Nuevo Mirandilla Stadium, and sits beside the site of the city’s planned new hospital.
Among the project’s biggest selling points are its luxury communal facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views across Cadiz, a chill-out terrace, landscaped gardens, a gym and coworking spaces.
Virtual images released by the developer also suggest the rooftop could feature a bar area for residents.
Construction of Torre ABU is progressing rapidly, with 17 of its 20 storeys already completed.
The skyscraper is expected to be finished in 2027, when it will become the first high-rise tower of its kind in Cadiz.
