A newly-completed luxury property complex in Benahavis has almost sold out – with just three homes remaining on the market.
The site in question is the Tiara development, created by Metrovacesa following a €45.7million investment.
It consists of 56 three and four-bedroom properties spread across seven low-density apartment blocks, with only two homes per floor.
Perched above the Golf Valley, the complex offers sweeping views of the Mediterranean, Marbella Bay and the iconic La Concha mountain.
Located in one of the Costa del Sol’s most sought-after residential areas, Tiara sits just minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus, combining a peaceful hillside setting with easy access to golf courses, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities.
The homes have been designed to maximise natural light and outdoor living, featuring spacious interiors and large terraces overlooking the sea.
The architecture has been carefully planned to blend into the surrounding landscape while making the most of the elevated position.
Designed by Jose Antonio Ruiz Jimenez of Archs&Graphs Estudio de Arquitectura, the project places a strong emphasis on connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.

Residents will also have access to a range of high-end communal facilities, including three swimming pools, one of them indoor, a spa, fully equipped gym, coworking area and landscaped gardens throughout the complex.
The completion of Tiara comes as demand for homes across Malaga province remains strong.
According to Metrovacesa’s latest market analysis, Malaga gained more than 18,000 residents over the past year, while international buyers now account for 38% of all property transactions in the province.
The developer also estimates that Malaga faces a housing shortfall of around 12,800 homes, helping to sustain pressure on the local property market.
Marbella and neighbouring Benahavis continue to rank among the Costa del Sol’s most desirable locations. Metrovacesa says average property prices in Marbella currently stand at €6,680 per square metre, rising to more than €7,300 per square metre for newly built homes.
Property sales in Marbella increased by 5.1% during the first quarter of 2026, driven by both domestic and international demand, further cementing the area’s reputation as one of Spain’s leading luxury real estate markets.
