Robot dogs and facial recognition cameras are set to patrol the latest luxury gated community in Marbella.
The project, Aura Cabopino, is building five villas with a starting price of €4.1million each in the eastern area of the municipality.
The luxury homes will be equipped with adaptive AI and robotic security systems, according to the project’s communications director, Ivan Hernandez.
The development will soon begin construction and is being built by Aura Luxury Developers, with sales handled by Viktorija Properties.
High-tech features: Drones, facial recognition and robot security
Each villa will include a multi-layered security system featuring:
- 24-hour facial recognition cameras capable of identifying residents and detecting unknown individuals
- Autonomous drones equipped with thermal imaging for predictive perimeter surveillance
- Robot dogs integrated into the home’s defence system, controllable remotely
Hernandez added that humanoid robots will be introduced in 2026, designed to perform routine tasks and assist in daily life using AI technology.

Shared yacht, golf membership, and personalised luxury
The five homes will come with a range of luxury amenities, including:
- Access to a shared boat docked in Puerto de Cabopino
- Golf club membership
- Private gym, virtual golf room, and home cinema
- Swimming pool, spacious terraces, and customisable bedroom layouts across 800 square metres
- An included vehicle for each property
Project timeline and target market
The build is expected to take approximately 18 months, with key delivery planned within that period, according to Hernandez.
The villas are reportedly attracting interest from a mix of Scandinavian, Polish, American, and Spanish buyers.
Hernandez described Marbella as an ideal location for the project due to its climate, golf facilities, and international clientele.
Also involved in the presentation was Geva Sulami, director of the project, and Viktorija Overina, CEO of Viktorija Properties. Both highlighted the combination of technology, design, and lifestyle as central to the development’s appeal, while framing the project as a first of its kind on the Costa del Sol.
