A British tourist who disappeared from Benidorm three days ago has been located, her family said.
Maggie McCartin had not been in touch with her family since at least Thursday.
Her sister said in an initial appeal: ‘I am worried about my sister Maggie, she is in Benidorm she has been missing for a couple of days.
‘Her flight is tomorrow and no one’s heard or seen her so please, could you let me know if you’re in Benidorm, could you keep an eye out for her and tell her to get in touch with her family ASAP.’
However, in an update overnight, she revealed that Maggie had been found and was heading back to the UK.
