Yet another shooting has rocked the Costa del Sol in what is the fourth firearms incident in less than a week.

The chaos unfolded in Cancelada on Tuesday evening, where a ‘Desokupa’ force had been operating.

Such companies are hired to kick out squatters who have taken over homes and refuse to leave.

According to reports, the firm was successful in turfing out around a dozen illegal occupiers on Calle Carmen Conde.

However, they allegedly decided to return with weapons and began firing shots.

The shootout sparked a major response from Spanish police, who sealed off the area and did not anyone in or out as a safety precaution.

The alleged shooters fled the scene in a vehicle and remain wanted by police.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.
