This is the moment police were called to a home in Murcia that has allegedly been squatted by a British family for over 13 years.
Footage of the incident was shared by Desocupaciones Team C.Real, a company that claims to remove squatters from homes across Spain for a fee.
They are one of dozens of such companies to have sprung up across the country in recent years, following a surge in squatting cases, particularly in holiday hotspots.
In their latest Instagram video, the group can be seen filming outside a ‘luxury’ villa in Murcia, with a caption reading: ‘British squatters in Murcia’.
In the clip, the leader of the anti-okupa force claims the family offered to leave the home if they were paid €50,000 by the owner.
He then said: ‘Here we have a burofax (legal letter), that this person has sent, alongside his parents, to my client, saying that because they have spent more than 13 years occupying this house, that they’ve set a time and date to put this property into their name.
‘I have never seen this, 13 years squatting this house and instead of an agreement with my client, they say they are putting the villa into their names, that they have spent so many years occupying it that it is now theirs.

‘This is how shameless they are, coming here to Spain, saying they are coming to work but they’ve come to squat.’
The clip then shows police officers arriving to the scene, having been called by the British family.
The anti-okupa worker then shows the officers the document, saying they have ‘big balls’.
The police officer asks if the family had started by renting the home and then stopped paying, to which the man says no, claiming they squatted it without paying from the start.
A lawyer for the family can then be seen being berated by the anti-okupa boss, who asks him ‘do you have no shame?’.
‘You are defending this, do you consider this just?’ he repeatedly asks.
The Spanish Eye has contacted the anti-okupa group for comment.
