Two adorable puppies are urgently searching for a new home after allegedly being found abandoned in a rubbish bin in Malaga’s Coin.
The young dogs were reportedly discovered on May 7 and are now being temporarily cared for by a local resident who says she can only keep them for a few more days.
The appeal was shared in the popular local Facebook group ‘Somos de Coin’, where photos of the black-and-white puppies quickly attracted attention from animal lovers.
‘Found in the rubbish on May 7, we are urgently looking for responsible adoption,’ the woman wrote.
She explained that she hopes the two puppies can be adopted together so neither is left alone, although separate adoptions may also be considered.
‘We want both to leave together so one is not left on its own, although separate adoption is possible,’ the post said.
The woman added that any future owner must agree to ongoing welfare checks for the dogs throughout their lives to ensure they are properly cared for.

The case has sparked anger online, with many social media users condemning the abandonment of the animals.
Coin is located inland from the Costa del Sol and is popular with many foreign residents and expats.
Anyone interested in adopting the puppies is urged to contact the original poster through the local Facebook group.
