A Marbella mansion in ‘the Beverley Hills of Spain’ has gone up for sale at a staggering €70million.

The palatial pad, in the exclusive Sierra Blanca complex, boasts 5,507sqm of living space and sits on a plot of 14,000sqm.

Neighbours in the luxury urbanisation include tennis legend Novak Djokovic and rising Spanish football star Nico Williams.

Villa Bellagio, designed by architect Jesus del Valle, counts 13 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms and offers direct views of the Mediterranean.

In 2022, it won a coveted Macael Award for its design from the King and Queen of Spain.

The sprawling property is packed with incredible features, including a 22-metre swimming pool and outdoor barbecue area.

There is also a luxury spa on the ground floor, complete with a heated indoor pool, a traditional hammam, a Finnish sauna and a fully equipped gym.

Other additions include a billiard room, a bar, a professional bowling alley and a home cinema that can seat 22 people.

If you can afford such a pad, then you probably have more than one car – so the villa’s 12-car garage will probably come in handy.

An additional underground space offers parking for up to 30 vehicles.

The property is currently being marketed by real estate firm Engel & Volkers.
