Family members and friends of people caught up in the Cordoba train tragedy have been issued advice on how to find out information.

As is protocol, Renfe has activated the Plan for Assistance to Victims of Railway Accidents and their Families (PAVAF), which provides victims, families, and those affected with several telephone numbers.

Specifically, the telephone number for family members is the usual one in situations like this: 900 10 10 20.

Meanwhile, Iryo’s assistance number is: 910 15 0000.

For other types of assistance (sales, train status inquiries, etc.), the telephone number remains the same: 912 32 03 20.

A family support center is also being set up at Madrid’s Atocha station.
