A series of weather alerts have been issued for parts of Andalucia on Wednesday.
The warnings from state weather agency Aemet cover various areas of Granada and Almeria.
In the former, a yellow alert is in place for snow in the Guadix and Baza regions.
Meteorologists predict up to 2cm of the white stuff could fall in 24 hours, with the heaviest periods being between midnight and 11.59am.
The heavy snowfall is predicted for areas that are more than 1,200m above sea level.

Elsewhere in Granada, a yellow warning is in place along its coast, encompassing Motril.
Between 5am and 3pm, Aemet is warning of strong winds of up to 70km/hr, and waves of up to three metres.
A similar alert is in place along the western coast of Almeria, including Almeria capital and El Ejido – although winds are expected to reach 60km/hr and the warning is in place only until 9am.
