A MYSTERY thug has sparked outrage after scratching multiple vehicles in Mijas on the Costa del Sol.

The vehicles have all been damaged on Calle Rio Guadalevin (pictured above), in Las Lagunas de Mijas.

The area, some 30km east of Marbella, is hugely popular with the British expat community.

A resident took to social media on Tuesday to issue a warning after being targeted three times.

They wrote: ‘In C/Rio Guadalevin in Las Lagunas de Mijas someone is engaged in scratching the parked cars.

‘Mine is among them and it’s the third time I’ve been scratched there.

‘Someone seems to be bothered by us parking on that street.’

Pictures showed a black car with several white scratches along its side doors.

A blue car was also pictured with similar marks.

The Spanish Eye has contacted local police for comment.
