An entire building containing eight tourist apartments is being marketed in Sevilla for €4 million.
The approximately 537m2 property is being offered by Hestia Inversion Patrimonial as an off-plan project near the historic old town.
It will be delivered turnkey with its tourist apartment licence already granted, according to the listing.
Designed for professional holiday accommodation, each apartment includes a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen and a separate bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning provides heating and cooling, while some apartments also feature private patios.
The developer promises high-quality finishes, furniture and equipment, allowing the completed building to be handed over ready for operation.
Investors are offered different operating models, including fixed-income arrangements subject to contract or variable returns.

The advertiser claims the property boasts potential annual returns of up to 15%.
That would equate to €600,000 a year, or an average of €50,000 a month, based on the asking price.
The headline 15% is the advertiser’s upper estimate, rather than a guaranteed income, and the listing does not specify whether it is calculated before or after running costs.
