This is the moment a football fan had to be carried away on a gurney amid wild celebrations on the Costa del Sol overnight.
It came after Spain’s nail-biting victory over Argentina at the World Cup final in New York, which saw La Roja clinch the title 1-0 in extra time.
Footage shared online shows a young man being placed on a gurney by paramedics in orange uniforms.
Multiple police officers can be seen assisting the emergency workers while an ambulance flashes its lights in the background.
It is not known how serious the man’s condition was at the time of reporting.
Multiple witnesses on social media claimed the reveller had drank too much and collapsed – insisting there had been no violence.
The Spanish Eye has contacted the local police for comment.
Fans were filmed partying across the Costa del Sol and well into the early hours of Monday.
One video from Mijas shows young fans draped in the Spanish flag jumping in and out of a fountain.
In another clip, a group of youths are seen rocking a car trying to get home amid the chaos.
The video, taken from inside the vehicle in Alhaurin el Grande, shows how the driver begs with the revellers to stop.
The person who uploaded the footage accused fans of ‘behaving terribly.’
