Mediterranean favourite

The island is also famed for its historic towns, rugged landscapes and unique blend of Italian and Mediterranean culture.
Volotea’s strategy director Gabriel Schmilovich said the airline is ‘very pleased’ to connect Sevilla with ‘one of the most attractive and popular destinations in the Mediterranean.’
More new routes
The airline is also launching two additional routes from Seville:
- Lille (starting in May)
- Florence (starting in September)
With the addition of Olbia, Volotea now offers four domestic routes from Sevilla – Asturias, Bilbao, San Sebastián and Santander – and six international connections: Bordeaux, Lille, Florence, Verona, Athens (via codeshare with Aegean) and Olbia.
