This is the moment a rockfall on the Costa del Sol saw boulders crash into the sea next to swimmers and kayakers.
Footage shared online shows the dramatic incident unfold within seconds on Maro Beach in Nerja at around 5.15pm on Sunday.
A short video shows kayakers quickly heading to the shore as the rocks enter the water and create large clouds of dust.

Witnesses said the rockfall occurred near the popular waterfall known as La Chorrera.
Despite the commotion, no personal or property damage was reported, according to municipal sources.
The rockfall originated in an area frequented by bathers and recreational boats, who often come to admire the waterfall.
The City Council closed off the area and ordered a series of inspections to determine if it is still safe for bathers.
