Watch: Two runners collapse at Madrid Half Marathon after suffering cardiac arrests

Two runners are in a serious condition after collapsing during the Madrid Half Marathon on Sunday. Both participants, aged 20 and 35, suffered cardiac arrests and required emergency medical attention. According to regional newspaper 20Minutos
