Two slim Brits attempt the ‘belly buster’ breakfast challenge in Benidorm – and shock everyone with their eating skills

The ‘belly buster’ breakfast challenge in Benidorm is not for the faint of heart.

Hundreds have attempted to complete the feat since it was first introduced at Uncle Ron’s bar in 2021.

The task, in theory, is simple; finish the huge full English in 20 minutes or less and you eat for free.

The only thing standing in your way is the sheer amount of food you will need to digest.

The dish includes four fried eggs, two whole slices of fried bread, for whole slices of buttered toast, four sausages, four hash browns, four rashers of bacon, plum tomatoes and two very generous mounds of mushrooms and baked beans.

Well, two recent entrants certainly ‘put the big boys to shame’ after devouring the whole plate with several minutes to spare.

Pictures shared by Uncle Ron’s in March showed how ‘Jack from Kent’ comfortably inhaled the food with seven minutes left on the clock – in what was his SECOND time in defeating the challenge.

And just this week, ‘Owen from Milton Keynes’ looked unfazed after eating the enormous dish ‘with four minutes to spare.’

Hundreds of tourists commented on the results, with one saying they ‘put the big lads to shame.’

Another wrote: ‘It’s always the skinny ones who finish!’

One commented under Owen’s pictures: ‘That’s impressive, doesn’t even look like its affected him, was he having a pint at the same time?’

Another jibed: ‘Jesus wept, where did he put that, in a bin bag? Meal weighs more than he does.’
