We are a group of men and women who come together for personal growth, learning, and development. We take wisdom from wherever we find it. Psychology, psychotherapy, leadership, coaching, neuroscience, religions, spiritual traditions, yoga, mindfulness, shamanic, stoic, philosophy, and indigenous. At the same time, this is blended with the sciences, technology, and the natural world. The types of activities we run are dinners, lunches, coaching circles, hikes in nature, music and meditation evenings, day retreats, and weekend retreats. We are an inclusive place where all are welcome as long as we abide by the key principles of engagement. The 3 M’s of MQ are: Mindset, Mentoring, and Mastery.
