Tributes have poured in for a much-loved barman in Marbella following his sudden death this week.
Known as Silver, the Polish father, who leaves behind a young daughter, was a popular server at Sinatra in Puerto Banus.
Announcing his death, the venue said: ‘Silver, our crazy and delightful Pole, R.I.P, you will be missed. Fly high.’
The bar’s social media manager told the Spanish Eye today that Silver, who was in his very early 40s, suffered from a heart condition.
‘He went to the health centre, where he unfortunately he suffered a cardiac arrest,’ they added.
The post was flooded with hundreds of comments from ‘devastated’ British expats, tourists and locals who have come to know and love Silver over the years.
Karen Doran wrote: ‘Wow I am so sorry to read this. Silver worked in our restaurant Aidans Bar & Grill and was always a good friend to Aidan and myself, we spent June 2024 together in Puerto Banus when he worked in Sinatra’s. Rest In Peace our dear friend, god will watch over you now,’

Another customer said: ‘I’m devastated to hear this I was only speaking to him a few days ago. RIP Silver you were such a great guy, always so welcoming.’
Andy Shore wrote: ‘The Shores are devastated, he will be sadly missed, fantastic guy who always had time for my family who all loved him.’
