A man has been shot to death on the streets of Torrevieja in yet another suspected gangland incident.
The Guardia Civil arrested three suspects on Sunday night following the killing on Calle Pedro Lorca at around 7pm.
Several shots were fired before both local police and Guardia Civil agents arrived at the scene to find the victim sprawled out on the ground.

Officers tried to stabilise the man by performing CPR but there was nothing they could do to save him and he was declared dead at 7.40pm.
While paramedics were dispatched, the victim had died before they arrived.
Footage shared online shows dozens of shocked locals watching on as police desperately try to resuscitate the man.
According to eyewitnesses, the victim was accompanied by his partner and a child when he was gunned down.
The alleged perpetrators of the crime were all located and arrested by 7.20pm. Police also seized the alleged murder weapon.
The investigation continues.
