This is the moment a tourist had to be taken away by an ambulance after wrestling with a friend on a Costa del Sol beach this weekend.

In a clip shared online, at least two men can be seen wrestling on the sand in front of the Torrequebrada Hotel in Benalmadena.

At one point, one of the men is filmed laid out on the ground and not reacting at all despite being hit in the face.

A team of paramedics are then seen attending to him on the beach.

The caption of the video, shared on a local Instagram page, read: ‘Three guiris were on the beach of the Torrequebrada hotel (Benalmadena) drinking and fighting all day until one of them was unconscious.

‘The ambulance went to assist him but the police took a long time and when they arrived they didn’t come close to take his details or corroborate the situation.

‘We don’t know the guy’s condition. They took him away in the ambulance.’
