Welcome to our weekly ZEN COACHING gatherings for deep connection, authentic relating, and relaxing into Being.

A safe space to express our true selves, be seen, and accepted.

Through a variety of group dynamics, we will be experiencing various aspects of our True Nature: Presence, Connection, Joy, Playfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Inner Peace, Love, etc.

The INTENTION is to:
– reconnect with our Essence
– practice empathic listening to improve our relations and therefore our life
– practice acceptance of the Present Moment, learning better self-regulation and life resilience
– uplift our energy, creating MAGIC together ✨
– meet like-minded/hearted people and have a good time together
