Welcome to Recovery College NHFT where we offer courses on Mental Health, Neurodiversity, and Wellbeing. You are invited to join our courses if you live in Northamptonshire and have access to Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust services. You must be over 18 years old, a current or former service user, a family member, friend, caregiver, a representative of one of our partner organizations, or NHFT staff. Our courses are developed and taught by a healthcare professional and someone who has personally experienced their own health challenges.
