My name is Marta and my journey towards self-awareness began at the age of 21, when I attended my first Vipassana meditation retreat. That experience transformed my life. Since then, I have delved deeper into my own personal process, combining psychological therapy with meditation and mind-body reconnection techniques. I am trained in Transpersonal Facilitation, Bioenergetics, Integration Breathing (Breathwork), and Rebozo Massage. Currently, I complement my practice with psychology studies at the university. I accompany people who wish to release tensions, reconnect with their body and emotions, as well as ritualize the most significant moments of their lives.
