Casa del Lector is a place from which to experiment with reading, its new manifestations, its promotion, or the training of its intermediaries. A space in which to combine the general public and the professional world; adults, young people, and children; words, images, and art. There is no cultural manifestation that, for its knowledge and enjoyment, does not require a full exercise of reading. Exhibitions, conferences, training courses, creation workshops, music, film and performing arts cycles, along with applied research, contribute, among many other proposals, to the achievement of a reader who understands, assimilates, shares, and interprets the world, society, and its time, because they read.
