After her eagerness to seek to be her best version, Patricia found her passion. She discovered the world of personal development and began studying coaching at the D’arte Training Academy with Enrique Jurado for her own interest in growth. Little by little, she became hooked after seeing how powerful that tool was and the changes she was noticing in her life. Then she began to imagine how she could contribute to improving the lives of other people. This led her to want to continue growing, so she continued studying and attending (and still does) seminars with the best and others who have also trained with the best in the coaching world to learn from them. She wrote the book “The 4 Keys, Success Triathlon” in order to somehow bring personal development to triathletes who read her book hoping for only techniques.
