A three-bedroom prefabricated home is grabbing headlines after being discounted to just under €17,000.
The ‘Asturias’, by Hobycasa and which measures 70m2, has seen its price lowered by €6,000.
The wooden home comes with two bathrooms and an open-plan living room and kitchen.
Large windows throughout the structure give it an especially bright and airy feel.
Built from Nordic spruce, the Asturias model includes double-glazed windows and raised timber battens beneath the walls to protect against moisture and improve thermal insulation.
The structure itself is assembled with treated interlocking boards, designed to withstand extreme temperatures, damp conditions and to improve acoustic insulation, all while ensuring maximum stability.
Hobycasa says the natural timber they use is highly insulating, durable and resilient to weather changes, making it an appealing option for families seeking a functional, practical home with multiple uses.
