The Costa del Sol is now home to more than 1,200 branded property developments, accounting for 62% of such stock in Spain and making it the leader of the luxury trend in Europe.

From Lamborghini homes to Versace villas, the epicentre of such developments has long been Marbella.

However, with land in short supply, developers are now eyeing up Estepona, which is fast becoming one of the coast’s hottest property locations, particularly its ‘New Golden Mile’ area.

It’s where Prestige Expo Group is launching Tyrian Residences, a beachfront development ‘built around wellness, design and five-star hospitality.’

Created in partnership with Grupo BZH, the project mirrors the branded-residence models long associated with Miami or Dubai – and its sister town Marbella.

Industry monitors forecast that Spain will add another 1,200 branded units by 2027, with Marbella and Madrid expected to lead growth.

restige Expo Group says its focus is on standalone projects that move beyond traditional notions of ‘premium housing’ and instead curate a lifestyle centred on wellbeing and hotel-level service.

Tyrian Residences is designed by international studios Yodezeen and Arata Arquitectura.

It sits on a frontline beachfront plot and is limited to just 40 homes, ranging from 300m2 to 1,060m2, priced between €3.6million and €8.5million.

Built to WELL standards, the scheme is pursuing Silver precertification, which assesses air quality, lighting, acoustics and overall comfort.

The development includes more than 1,400 m² of wellness facilities, featuring:

  • A 700m2 spa
  • An indoor pool with natural light
  • Hammam and saunas
  • Technogym-equipped fitness centre
  • Family leisure areas
  • A golf simulator
  • A rooftop pool offering 360-degree views

Residents will also have access to a dedicated app coordinating round-the-clock fully serviced amenities, including valet parking, maintenance, reservations, private chefs and administrative support.

Prestige Expo Group describes Tyrian as a new interpretation of high-end living, ‘an environment where architecture, technology, security and wellbeing converge to offer genuine peace of mind.’
