A restaurant manager in Estepona has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting three female employees.

The suspect’s detention follows a police investigation triggered by one woman’s decision to come forward.

According to reports from Europa Press, a 30-year-old man was detained after multiple staff members accused him of inappropriate and coercive behavior inside the workplace.

The case began about a month ago, when a young woman in her 20s, who worked at the restaurant, filed a report with the Policia Nacional.

She told investigators that her boss had called her aside under the pretext of discussing work matters.

Once alone, he allegedly kissed and groped her without consent. The victim managed to get away and decided to report him.

Her complaint prompted police to open an investigation, which quickly uncovered an alleged pattern.

In the weeks that followed, two other employees came forward describing similar experiences.

One claimed the assaults happened in August, while the other alleged being touched inappropriately during working hours.

A witness later corroborated the women’s accounts, describing the manager’s behaviour inside the restaurant and reinforcing the accusations.

With several consistent testimonies and supporting evidence, police arrested the suspect, who now faces three counts of sexual assault.

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have not ruled out the possibility of additional victims.
