Sevilla is facing a dramatic shift in weather this week as near-summer heat is arriving just days before the Feria de Abril.
According to state weather agency Aemet, stable conditions will take hold from Monday, bringing an end to recent rain and ushering in clear skies that are set to dominate the entire week.
There will be a steady and pronounced rise in temperatures. What begins as a mild start to the week will escalate by the weekend, with highs climbing to 32C.
Monday will remain relatively gentle, with temperatures ranging from 9C to 22C under mostly clear skies.
By Tuesday, highs will reach 25C, before pushing close to 30C by Wednesday.
From Thursday onwards, Sevilla will effectively be in summer mode.

Temperatures are expected to hit 30C and hold steady into Friday, before peaking at around 32C on Saturday, the hottest day of the week.
Crucially, there is zero chance of rain across the entire period, with dry, settled conditions locked in as the city prepares for one of its biggest annual events.
