A dramatic early-hours fire has forced residents from their homes in Benalmadena after flames tore through a residential street, destroying vehicles and damaging nearby buildings.
The blaze broke out at around 4.45am on Calle Bajandillo, prompting a rapid response from emergency services.
Firefighters and local police managed to contain the fire, but not before it caused significant damage.
At least 10 vehicles were affected, including seven motorbikes and three cars, while damage was caused to two commercial premises.
Windows were also broken in some nearby homes due to the intense heat.

Despite the scale of the incident, no injuries were reported.
Several neighbours were evacuated as a precaution while crews tackled the flames, with authorities prioritising safety amid fears the fire could spread further.
The quick intervention of emergency services is credited with preventing what could have been a far more serious incident.
The origin of the fire remains unclear. Specialists from the scientific police have now taken over the investigation.
