Authorities are searching for an 18-year-old named Mauro who has been missing since Sunday after he was last seen at Marbella’s bus station.
The case has been classified as urgent due to concerns over the young man’s vulnerability, as he requires regular medication, according to Spain’s Interior Ministry.
Spain’s National Centre for Missing Persons has issued an alert and shared Mauro’s description along with a photograph in an effort to locate him as quickly as possible.
Officials are urging anyone who may have seen him – or who has any information about his whereabouts – to come forward immediately.
According to the alert, Mauro is 18 years old, around 1.75 metres tall and of a strong build. He has blue eyes and long, wavy brown hair.
He was last seen at Marbella bus station, and it is currently unknown whether he boarded a bus or left the area with someone.

Authorities have stressed that Mauro’s situation is particularly concerning because he needs to take medication, although no further details about his condition have been disclosed.
The lack of information about his movements since Sunday has intensified efforts to locate him.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the National Police by calling 091 or emergency services on 112 in Andalucia.
Police are particularly interested in any sightings at the bus station or surrounding areas that could help determine where Mauro may have gone.
