Multiple streets in Fuengirola have been turned into rivers after being submerged in muddy floodwater.
Dramatic scenes were filmed in the Torreblanca area on Wednesday evening, as Storm Kristin continued to wreak havoc across Andalucia.
In one clip, a torrent of water can be seen rushing onto a main road, following a suspected bursting of a water pipe near the roundabout off Calle Sauce.
Other cobbled streets were filmed submerged by gushing rapids, also in Torreblanca.
Water management company Acosol had not given an explanation at time of reporting.
It comes after a major pipe burst in nearby Mijas on Tuesday night.
That incident, sparked by the-then Storm Joseph, left 800 people without water in and around Mijas Golf.
Storm Kristin has been battering the whole of Andalucia since early Wednesday, where more than 1,000 incidents have been reported to the emergency services.
The entire autonomous community was placed under some form of weather alert due to ferocious winds that were forecast to reach up to 130km/hr in some areas.
