Family and friends of a British mother-of-three who was murdered inside her home on Saturday have gathered to pay their respects.
Dozens of residents flocked to the town hall in Alhaurin el Grande, Malaga, on Monday following the horrific killing of Victoria Hart just two days prior.
The 33-year-old was stabbed to death inside her home, allegedly by her ex, who is being held in prison after handing himself in.
Victoria’s mother, sister and children attended the vigil at 5pm on Monday, when a poignant minute’s silence was held.
It came after the ayuntamiento declared an official day of mourning for the much-loved hairdresser.

The town hall said: ‘Alhaurin el Grande is in mourning and this afternoon observed a minute of silence in memory of Victoria H., a victim of gender violence.
‘Her children, family, neighbours, and municipal representatives gathered in a large ceremony in the Town Hall Square as a sign of respect, remembrance, and condemnation of this terrible event.
‘The white balloons released into the sky by her children and family symbolise eternal love and the memory she leaves behind.’
It added: ‘The Alhaurín el Grande Town Hall reiterates its strongest condemnation of gender violence and its commitment to preventing, combating, and eradicating it, as well as to supporting and assisting victims and their families.’
It came before a separate demonstration was planned in Malaga city at 7.30pm.
The demonstration is planned for Plaza de la Constitucion, and is being led by ‘Violencia Cero’.
Brits and locals have vowed to bring placards and arrive in large numbers to show their discontent with Spain’s domestic violence scourge.
