Two adults and a teenager have been injured following a serious car crash in Marbella.
The incident happened on the A-7 near the La Cañada shopping centre on New Year’s Day (Thursday).
According to the 112 emergency service, the Guardia Civil and firefighters were called to the scene.
The latter were required over reports that people were trapped inside a vehicle.
As a result of the accident, three people were injured, including a 54-year-old man, a 32-year-old woman, and a 16-year-old minor.
All three required medical attention at the scene before being transported to a hospital.
The injured were taken to the Costa del Sol Hospital, where they were admitted for evaluation and medical treatment.
